Introduction
In this Ebook, we will explain how the Platform allows to control the information of the products through the “Products” module.
The module is composed of the submodules:
Components: Allows you to manage them by registering or editing their information.
Control Numbers: Allows you to manage the Finished Products by registering or editing their information.
Consultation of Differences: This submodule allows the comparison of the order price against the calculated price of control numbers.
Auxiliaries
Before starting with the capture of Components and Control Numbers, it is necessary to register Projects and Additional Expenses; this is information that we will use later.
Add a “Project”:
- Go to the submodule “Auxiliaries” and select “Projects“.
- Click on “Add”.
- Enter the requested information.
- Select “Accept”.
Add “Additional Expenses”:
- Go to the submodule “Auxiliaries” and select “Additional Expenses”.
- Click on “Add”.
- Enter the requested information.
- Select “Accept”.
Components
In this section, we will explained how the user can register Components and edit their information.
Add a Component:
- Go to the “Products” module.
- Select “Components” and then click on “Add”.
- Enter the required information in “General data”.Fields with a red asterisk are required.
To finish the registration, select “Accept”.
Edit a Component:
To edit the information of a Component, we must select it and click on “Edit”, having already modified the information, we save changes.
When is modified the information corresponding to “Prices”, a “Record” will be generated.
Control Numbers
To register a “Control Number”, follow the next points:
- Go to the submodule “Products” and select “Control Numbers”.
- Click on “Add”.
- Enter the information requested in “General Data”.
The following video exemplifies these steps:
To edit the information of a Control number, we must select it and click on “Edit”, having already modified the information, we save changes.
As in the “Components”, if we edit information of a “Control Number”, it will be registered in the “Record”.
Differences Consultation
To consult the difference between the Order price against the Calculated price of a Number control, follow the next points:
- Go to the “Products” module.
- Select “Differences Consultation”.
- Add the requested information.
